Questions and answers

What is Top 3 Priorities: Daily To Do?

Top 3 Priorities: Daily To Do is a daily focus list for iPhone. Each morning you pick up to three tasks that would make today a win. The app shows only those, reminds you about only those at the times you choose, and the list starts clean the next day. It is made by Winton Gee.

How much does it cost?

It is free to use every day. Pro is $5.99 a month, $19.99 a year with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers, or $39.99 once. Prices vary by country.

What is free, and what does Pro add?

Choosing your three, reminders, repeating tasks, completion and carrying unfinished tasks over are free every day, with no limits and no account. Pro adds Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets that show today's three, start dates and tasks planned for start dates, history of the days you won, and themes.

How does the free trial work, and how do I cancel?

The 7-day free trial comes with Pro Yearly, for new subscribers. If notifications are on, the app reminds you two days before the trial ends. To cancel, open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose Top 3 Priorities: Daily To Do and cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or the current period ends.

Do I need an account? Where are my tasks stored?

No account and no sign-in. Your tasks stay on your iPhone, in the app's own storage. There is no server of ours, no analytics and no ads. The only data that leaves the device is purchase information: RevenueCat checks with an anonymous identifier whether Pro is active, and Apple and RevenueCat handle the purchase when someone buys Pro. Your tasks are never sent. They do not sync between devices.

How do the reminders work?

There are two kinds, both local notifications scheduled on your iPhone. A morning pick reminder arrives at the time you choose, only on days with open slots. Each picked task can have a reminder at its own time, with Done and Later today right on the notification. Nothing fires when you add a task, and the app works fully with notifications off.

How is it different from Apple's Reminders app?

Reminders keeps every list and reminder you add. Top 3 Priorities: Daily To Do asks one question each morning, which three tasks would make today a win, then shows only those and reminds you about only those. Everything else waits in Later, and tomorrow starts clean. It does not import from Reminders.

Can tasks repeat?

Yes, for free. A task can repeat every day, on weekdays, on chosen days of the week, every few days or monthly on a date. Once you check it off, it waits in Later until its next day comes around, ready to pick again.
